How does JobTune work?
Open the side panel, upload your resume, then paste a job description or click "Extract from current page" on a job posting. JobTune rewrites your bullet points to match the role using only the experience already in your resume, and shows an honest ATS match score before and after. You can edit any section in place and export to DOCX or PDF.
Google sign-in isn't working
JobTune signs you in with your Google account. If sign-in fails or the window closes without completing, try these in order:
- Make sure pop-ups aren't blocked for the sign-in window, then try again.
- Sign out and back in from the side panel (click your avatar → Sign out).
- Confirm you're online and not on a network that blocks Google sign-in.
- If it still won't connect, email us your account email and we'll look into it.
How many free tailors do I get? What does Pro cost?
New accounts get 5 free tailors. After that, Pro is $9 CAD/month for unlimited tailoring (fair use). You can keep using your account at any time; you only need Pro once the 5 free tailors are used.
Is there a limit on Pro tailoring?
Pro tailoring is unlimited for normal use. To prevent abuse — for example, one account shared across many people — there's a generous daily fair-use limit that a regular job search never comes close to. If you ever reach it, it resets at midnight your time.
How do I upgrade, manage, or cancel my subscription?
Upgrade from the side panel when prompted. To manage or cancel, open the side panel → click your avatar → Manage subscription. You can cancel anytime — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be billed again after that.
Can I get a refund?
We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-period, your Pro access stays active until the end of that billing period. If you were charged in error, email support@tryjobtune.com and we'll make it right.
"Extract from current page" didn't pick up the job
JobTune reads the job posting on the page you're viewing when you click Extract. Some sites lay out their listings in ways that are hard to read automatically. If extraction comes back incomplete, you can always paste the job description directly into the side panel instead — the tailoring works the same either way.
Is my resume data private?
Yes. Your resume is processed only to tailor it to the job you choose. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we never sell it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@tryjobtune.com from your account address and ask us to delete your account. We remove your data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
